Raising money during the holidays for the community has been an annual tradition of Malibu Boats since 2012 and this year our employees raised more money than ever before. An incredible $13,885.30 was raised by Malibu Boats for children and families in Loudon, Tennessee. Donations were raised by employees and Malibu Boats, Inc. matched the highest amount raised by a single department. 110 specific children in Loudon County were impacted by the donations from Malibu Boats.

“At Malibu Boats, we continually strive to make an impact and be a part of our local community and serve with gratitude. Since partnering with Toys for Tots starting in 2012 with 10 kids to now raising money for over 100 kids in 2019, it has been a joy to see the Malibu employees rally around such an incredible effort and give to families in need, especially this time of year. The Toys for Tots program has been such an incredible way for us to directly service the children in our community over the last 7 years,” stated Jack Springer, CEO Malibu Boats, Inc.

Our annual holiday tradition has evolved and included amazing efforts such as bake sales, raffles, silent auctions, donut sales, and lunches to raise money. After all the money had been collected, the Malibu employees then gave their own time to go shopping for all the new toys and wrap each one with love and care.

The final round of wrapped toys was delivered by boat with Santa in tow on December 13, 2019. Malibu Boats is so proud to have this special holiday tradition to celebrate the holidays with the Loudon County community.
