This means that the production facility has worked for over four years (1,518 workdays or 4,402,763 hours) without an incident, a true milestone achieved by only the most prestigious of manufacturers. This achievement signifies Malibu’s continued priority and commitment to the safety of its workforce. The culture of Malibu is not only to produce the world’s best towboats but doing so with world-class safety performance. Safety is deeply rooted in the culture at Malibu and safety processes are ingrained in every aspect of our business to protect all of our employees.
