Raising money during the holidays for the community has been an annual tradition of Malibu Boats since 2012 and this year our employees raised more money than ever before. An incredible $22,377.40 was raised by Malibu Boats for children and families in Loudon, Tennessee. Donations raised by employees amounted to $11,188.70 and Malibu Boats, Inc. matched that amount. Over 98 specific children in Loudon County were impacted by the donations from Malibu Boats.

“What a joy it has been to witness the giving spirit the Malibu employees have. I’d like to recognize all of our Malibu employees for what they gave for the families in need, especially this time of year. The Toys for Toys program is such an incredible way to give as it directly services the children in our community,” stated Jack Springer, CEO Malibu Boats, Inc.

Our annual holiday tradition has evolved and included amazing efforts such as bake sales, raffles, social contests, donut sales, and lunches to raise money. After all the money had been collected, the Malibu employees then gave their own time to go shopping for all the new toys and wrap each one with love and care.

“Just imagine all the warmth, joy and great memories that you and your team created with your giving spirit and caring hearts. Come January, when our kiddos return to school, they will be excited, have high self-esteem, warm and ready to learn. Working together, we are getting the New Year off to a GREAT start,” exclaimed Cindy Purdy, Family Resource Center Director.

Malibu Boats is so proud to have this special holiday tradition to celebrate the holidays with the Loudon County community.
